Return and Exchange Policy:


There is an option for return of any goods purchased on our website if you're not satisfied with the purchase. We offer free return up to 4 days from the date of delivery of goods. In order to be entitled for a return, kindly ensure that,

The good was purchased in the last 10 days,

The good must be unused and in its proper condition without any traces of damage.

The good must be in their original condition and packaging along with the invoice attached for the proof of purchase.


The returned good must be in accordance with the aforementioned conditions of the return and exchange policy and the customer is eligible to exchange the good for a good of the same or lesser value. The company is not liable to refund the difference, if any. The Customer is entitled to pay the extra amount if the good purchased in exchange exceeds the original amount


We reserve the right to refuse the return of any good that does not satisfy the above-mentioned return conditions in our sole discretion.


Refund Policy:


On receipt of the returned good, we would carry out a quality check and notify the status of the return. After inspection, if the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original source of payment. The return will be processed and will reflect in your bank account within 2 to 4 working days.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
